Our founder, Ginger McCabe, fell in love with chili oils but struggled to find one that combined the right heat, quality ingredients, and bold flavor. The solution was simple; make her own. Passion turns to hobby. Hobby turns to business. Business fuels the passion. And here we are today.

Joined in 2023 by fellow entrepreneur and professional chef, Ben Maude, Chili Royale has expanded from a few shops around the Oregon coast to being distributed state wide with eyes on future growth. Keep an eye out for upcoming flavors and maybe even some new products.
